
The Division of Administrative Services provides administrative support to all areas of the Department of Insurance. This Division provides human resource management for Department personnel and monitors compliance with the Department’s policies and procedures, provides procurement and fiscal operations services and maintains Department records.
Additionally, the Division of Administrative Services is responsible for all information resource management and on a daily basis, provides maintenance support for hardware, software and communications systems. In this capacity, the Division of Administrative Services also assists the Department’s business areas with detecting and solving information systems problems.
